BCB-X750 Pro is a new flagship smoke processor launched in the fall of 2021. The BCB-X750 Pro smoke processor adopts a stainless steel body. Compared with the BCB-X550 and X750, the configuration functions are more abundant. This model has an alarm output signal function, which can provide a linkage signal for the automated production line. At the same time, it can also be equipped with a 3-color warning light (not standard) to make the signal indication more obvious. The control panel adopts touch button control, and is equipped with a liquid crystal display, which can check the running status of the machine, fan speed, filter status, etc., and can also remotely control the switch and timer shutdown functions.
BCB-X750 Pro smoke processor filter system:
The internal filtering system of the smoke processor adopts a multi-layer filter purification method, and the lowest layer adopts a multi-layer organ bag filter, which can intercept the inhaled large particles of smoke and dust in the bag filter, and the primary filtration effect can reach 90% filtration efficient. The airflow in the chassis goes from bottom to top to the high-efficiency combined filter layer. The higher-grade H-grade material is selected in the combined filter to obtain a very good filtering effect. The filtering efficiency of 0.3 micron dust particles is 99.997% ;At the same time, the combined high-efficiency filter has an odor purification layer specially developed and formulated by Bangxin, which can effectively solve the smoke burnt odor generated during laser marking in relatively closed workshops such as pharmaceutical factories and food factories, so as to meet the customer's odor Purification needs.
